CertiFlat's new fabBlocks are the ultimate welding table system. Designed using the same Tab and Slot methodology that we've been proving in the field for over 10 years. Like all of our build it yourself U-Weld kits, fabBlocks assemble easily as our proprietary features insure accuracy and parallelism. Completely modular across all part numbers & sizes. All fabBlocks incorporate the industry standard 16mm hole pattern as standard for easy access to clamps and tooling. Optional threaded holes are available as well.

All fabBlocks come standard in 1/4" Thick material with Industry Standard 16mm Tooling holes on 2" centers. We offer Two Optional Thicknesses and Two Optional Hole Configurations. 1/4" thick material comes standard but you can also order with 3/8" and 1/2" thick for a nominal charge. We also offer fabBlocks with holes threaded...
All 1/4" thick tables with the threaded hole option come with holes threaded at 3/8"-16. The 3/8" and 1/2" thick tables with threaded hole option come with 1/2"-13 threaded holes. Either are available in ALL THREADED HOLES -or- EVERY OTHER HOLE (where every other hole is a 16mm).
We went back and looked at the last hundred welding fixtures fixtures, that we'd built for most of the country's ATV market; searching for efficiency. We noticed that every fixture we did had one thing in common, they were all wasting crazy amounts of material! Let me explain...
